UBL Fund Managers is looking for a result-oriented,
proactive and experienced team player in HR Department.
The prime responsibility of this position is to manage the
entire recruitment portfolio of the organization and to develop and execute recruitment plans according to
recruitment manuals. The person should also be responsible for creating and
maintaining the job description for existing and new positions. In addition,
the incumbent must also have the practical exposure of exploring &
attracting qualified candidates through different and new recruitment avenues
and to maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various
positions.
- Ideal candidate must have BBA/MBA Degree (preferably in HR). Salary Range : 35K to 45K
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in managing recruitment portfolio would be preferred.
