Job Responsibilities
Responsible for devising Total Reward Strategy of the
Company and aligning policies, procedures and programs on pay, grading, reward,
recognition and benefits.
The
incumbent will manage the Annual Compensation Review process, for attracting,
recognizing, rewarding and retaining the right talent based on their
performance.
Devise
Total Reward Strategy to implement performance driven rewards and
recognition, aligned with Company’s medium and long term objectives (Vision
20/20), through incremental change for competitive standing in the market.
Review
current reward policy and practice and recommend comprehensive remuneration
solutions, which reward high performers, ensure their retention and are fair,
equitable and competitive across the Company.
Participate
in Salary and Benefits surveys; analyze results and propose appropriate programs
and changes to provide competitive edge.
Represent
as team lead, in annual budgeting process including preparation and management
of Head Count and Operational Budget, and other functional budgets.
Manage a
company-wide job evaluation programme for Management employees to ensure the
development and implementation of an open, transparent and objective
organization-wide pay-scale system.
Provide
expertise and consultancy advice to Senior Management on all pay, reward and
benefit matters.
Complete
the Annual Compensation Review (Increment & Pay-for-Performance) process by
preparing reports for senior management consideration, liaising with all HRBPs
and drafting the business case and metrics documentation for timely submission
to Treasury.
Advise
GMHR in linking Performance Development Plan (PDP) and Talent Review with
Compensation and Total Rewards.
Manage and
ensure update of Organization Management, Manpower Planning, budgets and
employee data in SAP-HCM.
Review and
improve the processes and delivery of Medical & Life insurance services,
Club Memberships etc.
Work with
IT team and SAP consultant(s) to develop HR modules (all functions) in SAP for
efficient disposal of transactions.
Manage
routine and annually recurring documentation i.e. transfer and relocation,
increments, promotions, reassignments etc.
Ensure the
provision of payroll services to all NFL employees, utilizing the SAP – ERP to
provide accurate and up-to-date data.
Conduct HR
Audit to review and monitor compliance of HR’s transactional procedures as per
Company policies and law; represent HR team internal and external audits to
ensure zero non-compliance throughout the year.
Provide
role clarity to all team members through updated job descriptions.
Monitor
work at each major step against set KRAs and KPIs.
Advise
team on matters of bottlenecks and non-compliance in routine tasks.
Lead and
direct team on projects, by assigning individual / sub-team roles.
Review
performance of team members against objectives and behavioural competencies and
recommend rewards/recognition accordingly.
Understand
the historical perspective of remuneration in the Company and devising reward
strategy, which creates understanding towards incremental effect, instead of
resistance to change.
Succeed in
creating buy-in of all stakeholders, when a change in Reward Strategy or
Element is proposed.
Develop
systems and processes to ensure business continuity and data integrity for
effective decision making / legal compliance.
