Position (Islamabad based)
Qualifications & Experience:
The position requires
Masters Degree in social sciences, MBA, or degree in other related
discipline, with at least 03 years of experience in M&E and data
management. Previous experience of working with an NGO/INGO is a must.
Experience of working with a Global Fund grant will be a plus. Experience in
public health programs and specifically TB control program is desired. Fluency
in written and spoken English with excellent writing skills is required.
Must be proficient in computer especially advanced Excel, Word and Power point.
Responsibilities/Duties:
The person will be
responsible for management of data of the PPM project supported by SSF grant of
GF. S/he will maintain liaison with the sub-recipients regarding data recording
and reporting, provide capacity building including on-site technical support to
the SRs and conduct field monitoring visits. The person will be responsible for
providing inputs into the development of an MIS for PPM and will be responsible
for coordinating internally with the project team and MEL Unit, and externally
with the sub-recipients to ensure that data is entered in a timely way, is
validated, and quality and timely reports are generated through the system. The
incumbent will support the field officers in reviewing the monthly work plans
and reports and will provide feedback to the project team and sub recipients
regarding the quality and accuracy of reported data.
