Direct Report to Country Business Manager - Nestlé Nutrition

Requirements:
- Understand the portfolio’s market competitiveness and target consumers, translate the understanding into proprietary insights so as to strategize and develop quantified and measurable marketing and brand plans
- Manage product portfolio, set pricing strategies and ensure supply chain plans are in line with the brand plan and key targets
- Clearly identify and communicate effectively brand priorities to the Nutrition Field Force, Category Manager, Account Managers and sales teams
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen positioning, communication or products, using new research findings and Key Opinion Leaders
- Identify gaps pertaining to product formulation, communication, price, availability, visibility and aspects relevant to achieving superiority against competition, recommend and negotiate for innovation/renovation initiatives in coordination with Nestle Nutrition (Vevey) and local technical support, and drive the realization of new product development projects
- Manage the portfolio’s marketing, promotional, product development and PFME budgets
- Tracking of I/R targets both for committed launch timing and financial targets
- Ensure all marketing activities are in strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and MAIF Agreement, Nestle Instructions and local country code
Academic Experience:
MBA + MBBS
MBA + MBBS
Professional Experience:
- Experience in managing a portfolio of Nutrition/pharmaceutical brands, products and projects (5 years +)
- Has had experience of managing a team and working with cross-functional groups
- Has developed and implemented business strategies aimed at increasing brand competitiveness for infant nutrition products
- Previous experience to lead group of people and project initiatives
