Job Description
Objective:
- To answer calls made by customers for seeking information, logging complaints or/ and giving instructions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provision of accurate and brief information about products and services to the caller/customers.
- Offering a helping and ready hand to the customers.
- Using problem solving skills to handle difficult or irate customers.
- Suggesting alternatives and possibilities to resolve customers
- Complaints on priority basis.
- Bringing awareness among customers by educating them about various products and services.
- Execution of collective plans to achieve goals of first call resolution.
- Learning about organizations products and services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them.
- Regularly attending training and coaching sessions conducted.
- Ensuring compliance with schedule.
- Conveying customers
- Feedback and suggestions to the Supervisor in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations.
- Taking immediate and all possible measures to resolve customers problem keeping company policies in view.
- A thorough knowledge of CRM being used.
