Project Finance Officer:
The Project Finance Officer
Position manages the day-to-day financial operations of the project activities
both at the field level and Islamabad office for the projects. Main functions
of this position includes the program interventions documentation compilation,
certification/reconciliation and reporting of the project advances with vendors
and partners, while keeping record and track of the activities in the field.
This position would review and certify the partners financial reports and would
follow up for any uncertified cost for proper closure of the matter. S/he would
do field spot checks of partners where required and regular visits to IP
office’s; that would also include capacity building on financial and compliance
matters. S/he will be assist in preparation and analyses of budgets, detailing
and populating the budgets in Adaptive planning on timely basis, would perform
financial reports on monthly basis to inform grant review meetings. She/he
ensures compliance with CARE’s and other relevance policies and procedures.
Advocacy Officer:
Advocacy Officer will be responsible for
DRR focused advocacy initiatives at various levels under DIPECHO project of the
consortium i.e Civil Alliance for Disaster Resilience (CADR) as per agreed
proposal. The advocacy officer report directly to the consortium project manage
and working closely with the consortium and implementing Partners and other
project stake holders including District Management (DM) authorities,
government line departments, DIPECHO Partners, civil society/NHN and DRR forum
members. The advocacy office will also support in harmonization of the advocacy
approach and take lead in the advocacy by involving and taking on board the
consortium partners as well as other relevant stakeholders to promote gender
sensitive DRR approaches.
Ilm Ideas Research Project Manager:
The Ilm Ideas research
project manager will provide leadership in every aspect of the project with
support from research partners/consultants. This includes overseeing the entire
project, coordinating research team activities, managing the budget, reporting
to funders, supervising and facilitating staff/consultants/partners, and
ensuring the dissemination of research findings to government through evidence
base advocacy. The PM will be the primary contact point for implementing
partner for technical advice and delivery of quality project outputs and will
be responsible to Education Sector Manager/Education Coordinator.
