Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction related company.
Main Responsibilities/Essential Skills
Identify, analyze, plan & recommend training needs of employees through TNA, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line manager.
Initiate, conduct and oversee Performance Evaluation Report, Promotion Boards and relating rewards with performance of employees.
- To resolve employee grievances in line with organizational needs.
- To administrate the pay-roll and resolving issues pertaining to pay and allowances.
- Attractive Salary Package commensurate with candidate's qualification/ experience.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
