Management Executive

Salary: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-

Job Type:     Three Years renewable Contract

Department:  Sector Development Unit

Job Description: 

• Manage all going projects, programs and concerns professionally and effectively

• Perform tasks necessary to ensure successful demand based client centric product development

• Facilitate implementation of the unit’s work plan and provide guidance to partners for the proper execution of the initiatives agreed between the organization and its partners

• Conduct field visits to ensure effective program implementation

• Explore avenues for innovative solutions to foster financial inclusion, lead to improvements in productivity and efficiency at Microfinance Institutions and their clients

• Contribution to ongoing projects including enterprise development, micro-insurance, value chains, branch less banking etc

• Maintain effective links with other units of the organization as appropriate

• Assist with other functions of the unit as and when required

Qualification & Job Specification: 

• Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration from HEC recognized well reputed university

• Ambition and determination to eliminate poverty

• Possess knowledge in presentation designing and preparation software

• Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills and lead or contribute effectively to briefing, presentations, correspondence, inquiries etc.

• Organize their own time effectively and are able to prioritize according to changing demand

• Demonstrate openness to new ideas and change, and look for improvements to ways of working

• Willingness to Travel: The position requires extensive traveling throughout the country including remote rural areas

Required Experience: 

• At least 2 years of work experience in financial services. Experience in Microfinance will be preferred.
• Ability to perform successfully as a member of multiple project-related teams
• Possess knowledge of Microfinance along with some experience of developing value chains
